HURD HATFIELD (1917 – 1998) signed c. 7″ x 8,5″ vintage 1940s portrait in blue fountain pen ink.
Mr. Hatfield appeared in The Picture of Dorian Gray (1945) and in many films, stage productions and tv-series.
He was always associated with the film role that made him famous : Dorian Gray. A friend once told him, that it was a good thing that he didn’t play Dracula and have his entire professional life dominated by that.
Very good condition (light crease across top left corner, slight waviness)
