Colin Clive was a British actor who moved to the USA in 1930 : Frankenstein (1931), Bride of Frankenstein (1935), Mad Love (1935)
– Brochure 1 : November 9th 1926 – Special Matinée at the Royal Theatre, Drury Lane, in aid of the Shakespeare Memorial Theatre Fund. C.C. appeared as a ‘messenger’ in Act V , Scene 5 from Macbeth.
The brochure measures approx. 10″ x 12″, has 20 pages + cover and is in VG condition.
– Brochure 2 : April 22nd + 25th 1930 – Two all-star Matinées of Hamlet at the Theatre Royal, Haymarket, on the occasion of Shakespeare’s Birthday Celebration. C.C. appeared as Laertes, son to Polonius. Other actors in this performance were Ernest Thesiger and Cedric Hardwicke.
The brochure measures approx. 9″ x 11,5″ , has 20 pages + cover and is in VG (folded) condition.
