Ewen Solon was born in New Zealand and he appeared in many – mostly British – films from 1948 until 1983 : The Hound of the Baskervilles (Hammer – 1959), Jack the Ripper (1959), The Stranglers of Bombay (Hammer – 1959), The Curse of the Werewolf (Hammer – 1961), The Terror of the Tongs (Hammer – 1961), etc.
